Try it
See it running
Everything on this site runs on one computer from the product's repository, or on one virtual machine of your own. There are two ways to look at it: the sample organization the pictures come from, already full of documents, initiatives, and a handoff bundle; or a fresh install where you load your own documents.
What you need
- A Mac, Linux, or Windows computer with Docker and Docker Compose.
- Node.js 24.7 or later and pnpm 12.
- The repository, checked out.
- For running the agent stages yourself: a key for OpenAI, Anthropic, or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. The sample organization needs none; its artifacts are already there.
Explore the sample organization
The sample organization is the one the product's browser tests use. One command builds the application, creates a throwaway database with the sample data, starts the application on http://localhost:4476, and prints a sign-in for an admin, a reviewer, and an engineering reader. Stopping it with Ctrl-C removes the database again.
pnpm install
docker compose up --wait
pnpm --filter @pkw/marketing captures --explore
Sign in as the admin to see the initiatives, the requirement set with its stale reasons, the mockup and its walkthrough, the evaluation pages, and Models and keys. Sign in as the reviewer to work the review queue, and as the engineering reader to see the handoff exactly as engineering would. Signing in as one person signs the browser out of the other, so use a private window for a second role.
Run your own install
To start from nothing and load your own documents, follow get started. It takes you from a checkout to your first initiative.
The two fictional clients' demos
Two invented organizations show the whole product on real-looking material: an energy retailer, and a United States mortgage finance company in the secondary market. For each, the repository generates a corpus of internal documents, a wiki space, a public website, spreadsheets, planted conflicts and gaps, a design system, and an idea, and a presenter's script walks through the scripted run from connecting the sources to the handoff bundle, with what the audience should notice at each step. Both can be loaded into one install, each into its own organization, and neither can see the other.
The guides
A user guide for reviewers and product people, an administrator guide, a reader's guide for engineering, technical guides for developers with an operations runbook, and the demo-stage deployment runbook live under docs/guides/ in the repository. The repository's README covers setup and configuration.
When you are done
Stop the application with Ctrl-C, then stop the database with docker compose down. Add -v to remove its data as well.
